The Kickshaw is one of our favorite places to hang out. When I took a tour of the space before they opened, I loved it immediately. All sorts of repurposed material as the countertops, fire extinguisher-born beer taps, and even the original flooring from the 1890s. For someone like me who reveres in “how they used to do it”, it’s fun just being present. The food is spot on and the ever-changing caffeine or alcohol is always something special. We are so happy to have Woks and Lox at the Kickshaw. – JO
